Dallas is more than my home, it's my heritage. My children are fifth generation Dallasites. My great grandfather owned H.H. Price and Son Produce in a building near The Farmer's Market which still bears his name. My paternal great grandfather "Mr. Jones," helped install the famous flying Pegasus atop downtown's Magnolia Building. My grandmother, Betty, grew up on Junius near Baylor Hospital in a home that has since been lovingly restored. My paternal great grandparents built a home on San Carlos in University Park, when all areas north were considered "pasture." My grandfather Charlie Hefner graduated from Highland Park High School the first year they switched to today's campus (my oldest son graduated from there in 2005!). My childhood home was in the Sparkman neighborhood. In the 70's, we lived in Bent Tree or, "Oklahoma" as dinner guests referred to it. One friend back then moved to Plano, which seemed as far as Pluto when I would visit. Kessler Park, Lakewood, Perry Heights and State-Thomas are further examples of wonderful neighborhoods with rich histories that are ingrained in my past. Other Dallas areas are special to me, as well. I have owned, built and remodeled homes near White Rock Lake, in Devonshire, Preston Hollow and The Park Cities.

So, while other Realtors claim to know about Dallas, I am part of her heritage. I bring a sense of pride to every aspect of your real estate transaction.
