Having lived and worked in Dallas for over 25 years, I know Dallas. Listening to my clients and understanding what they are looking for is the key to finding their next home. I feel that taking the time to get to know my clients makes the home buying and selling process a positive and fun experience. I have been in the corporate business world for 20 years and confidently know how to negotiate the best deal available. I use the latest technology to narrow down the property location, style of home, schools, size of home and price. I am an easy going, “no pressure” type salesperson that works tirelessly for my clients.



I am a National Association of Realtor’s (NAR) Green Designation Agent; the only “green” associated real estate professional designation recognized by NAR. I realize the importance of green, eco-friendly design and want to arm myself with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively inform my clients. More specifically, I was trained in understanding what makes a property green, helping clients evaluate the cost/benefits of green building features and practices, distinguishing between industry rating and classification systems, listing and marketing green homes and buildings, discussing the financial grants and incentives available to homeowners and helping clients see a property’s green potential.



When not working I enjoy recreation at White Rock Lake and walking my two dogs, Sunny and Bessie. I also have a passion for the arts and enjoy the local art galleries and exhibits. I live in Little Forest Hills and appreciate the easy going nature of the neighborhood.
