Since becoming a licensed Realtor in the State of Texas, Lynette has established a standard of first class service to buyers and sellers. She specializes in both residential and commercial sales, with her primary emphasis on investor clients.



Formerly a marketing manager for a large telecommuications company, Lynette has an exceptional knack for interpreting market trends and property valuation. When working with investors, Lynette analyzes the data provided, researches the market, and makes sound suggestions based on the facts. It is her goal to help investors find the right venue that makes the greatest possible returns on the investment.



While a corporate manager, Lynette moved eight times, including two interstate moves. This first-hand knowledge gives Lynette the unique abilibty to understand the issues and special needs involved with relocation. Her attention to detail insures a smooth, less complicated move. Lynette is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the MetroTex Association of Realtors. She served on the government affairs committee for two years with MetroTex. Lynette was recently honored by being included in the Manchester Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry.



Lynette is also actively involved with St. Paul United Methodist Church. Built in 1873 by freed slaves, St. Paul UMC is the oldest African American church in the Dallas area. Located in the Dallas Arts District, St. Paul UMC serves the community in a variety of ways including hosting free monthly jazz concerts. As the Tuesday Nite Jazz! coordinator, Lynette not only helps expose local artists to the Dallas community, but she also helps the community expand its knowledge of the only true American music.
