A 1031 exchange was the motivation to purchase her first $1,000,000.+, 22 unit apartment complex in a Dallas historical area. After renovations and increasing the vacancy rate to a steady 97% she was approached only 3 years later to sell the property for more than a quarter million profit. It’s only natural that she is always looking for the next profitable investment for her clients.
Using her analytical/business approach to acquisitions a few of her other accomplishments would be purchasing and growing a manufactured home retail center that sold over $10,000,000. in wholesale cost of homes. The retail center lead to developing mortgage and general contracting companies to support the many clients. She has also succeeded in purchasing and leasing commercial property which paid for it’s mortgage and then sold at a 200% gain in just over 5 years.
In her spare time she enjoys running, biking and most importantly attending her son’s baseball and football games. She is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners and is a CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) as well as a NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professional).
