Dan specializes in the neighborhoods of Old East Dallas, White Rock Lake, Lake Highlands, and Uptown/Oaklawn. He is also knowledgeable about sought-after residential areas of Kessler Park, Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Valley Ranch, Richardson Heights, Prestonwood, Plano, Frisco.

Dan holds the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation and the Historic House Specialist certification from Preservation Dallas. Dan is also an Accredited Home Staging Specialist (AHS).

Dan is a native of Brownsville, Texas and former Houstonian. He moved to Dallas in the Fall of 1994 after completing his B.A. in Business Administration at the University of Houston. He made Lakewood his home in the Hollywood Heights Conservation District after living in a high rise address in the Turtle Creek area of Uptown/Oaklawn.

Dan's career track leading up to his profession in residential real estates is marked by 10 years of consulting and advisory services with Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young and over 8 years in the retail industry. His business experience in domestic and international markets such as Buenos Aires, Mexico City and Guatemala City underscores the value he places on culture and diversity. He is known for his professionalism and background in providing exceptional one on one service to his clients. Dan understands the importance of creating and maintaining strong rapport in all his customer relationships.

Dan is committed to the Dallas community. He has been involved with the Camp Fireside Children's Program and the Notre Dame School of Dallas Christmas Event.

Dan is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, MetroTex Association of Realtors, Preservation Dallas, Deloitte Alumni, ISACA North Texas Chapter, his Hollywood Heights / Santa Monica neighborhood association, and the Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Garden.
