Although Byron is a newly licensed Realtor, he is not new to the real estate profession. Byron started his real estate career, after serving four years in the US Navy, in 1994 as a young real estate investor. His knowledge of residential real estate is extensive due to first-hand experience. Byron’s passion for helping people motivated him to partner with the Dallas Housing Authority, also in 1994, with the desire of providing quality, renovated houses in the low-income area of South Dallas, where he grew up.

Meeting the needs of his clients is Byron’s first priority. His desire is to educate the client on making the best choices that meet their needs when buying or selling property, as well as to ensure the client has a great buying or selling experience.

With 15 years of knowledge and expertise in real estate investing, property management, housing renovations and income producing properties, Byron’s appeal is not only to the traditional buyer or seller, but also to real estate investors.

In his spare time, Byron keeps abreast of market trends and enjoys his most favorite past time, which is browsing houses in the Lakewood area of Dallas, where he also resides, with his wife and two young sons.
