April Brown specializes in condominiums and townhomes in the Uptown, Downtown, Turtle Creek, and Oak Lawn communities. As an Uptown resident herself, April has extensive knowledge of the market and the local flavors of each neighborhood. April is focused, committed and indefatigable when it comes to providing superior customer service for her clients. Her winning attitude and enthusiasm makes her a pleasure to work with.
April graduated from the Cox School of Business at SMU with a degree in marketing. During her college years, April was extremely involved on and off campus. She was a member of Pi Beta Phi, the business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi and an Emerging Leader. Her senior year, she was the class director of the Honors Marketing Practicum and developed a campaign to welcome new coach June Jones at the SMU Red vs. Blue spring game. She was also a brand management intern at Molson-Coors Brewing Company for the beer Blue Moon and the brand Island Shores at JCPenney. In high school, April was the chairman of three 5k run/walks that raised over $70,000 for Lupus Research.
When not working in real estate, April enjoys traveling, golfing, cooking, running, skiing and watching movies. She is still greatly involved in the SMU community and loves to attend Mustang events. She is incredibly excited that June's football team is playing in the Hawai'i bowl! She can't wait to watch them beat Nevada! GO 'STANGS!
