Toni Threadgill is a lifelong resident of Dallas and as such has a diverse knowledge of the Dallas metroplex area. Toni worked as an accountant for various hospitals in the Dallas area, and spent several years in the Hotel industry, before deciding to begin her career in real estate. Her business knowledge and experience are reflected in her attention to detail and thorough analysis of her clients’ transactions.
Toni believes in only superior customer service. “Making your client happy is the only acceptable outcome. I listen to my clients’ needs, give them advise based on my knowledge and experience in the market, and work with them to reach their goals whether it is selling or buying a home.”
Due to current economic conditions many of our sellers today are finding themselves in difficult circumstances. Because of this unique situation Toni has attended additional training to assist those clients who find themselves in financial hardship or upside down when they need to sell their home.
