Toni ThreadgillREALTOR ®
I am a Dallas native, born in Oak Cliff. I grew up DeSoto, a suburb of Dallas. For most of my adult life I resided in Red Oak just south of Dallas in Ellis County. About six years ago I became tired of suburbia and moved to where I live now in Bryan Place, two blocks north of Downtown Dallas and just a couple of blocks from the New Performing Arts Center in Downtown.
Being so centrally located, I am familiar with Downtown, Uptown, Cedar Springs, Oak Cliff including Kessler Park, East Dallas including Lake Wood, and the 'M' Streets. Additionally I becoming more acquainted with Lake Highlands and the Park Cities.
Before joining Keller Williams I worked in the field of Accounting for many years before making the jump into the self rewarding field of Real Estate. I worked for two of Dallas' major hospital systems and for Rosewood Hotels & Resorts at the Hotel Crescent Court and The Mansion on Turtle Creek. I found my experience in the hotel industry to be some of the most rewarding moments in my career as it taught me a great deal in how to listen to individuals and how clients wished to be treated, as well as setting high standards for myself.
I love to travel, some of the places I have been include New York, Chicago, LA, Mexico, Costa Rica, England, France and Egypt. I really hope my next trip will be to Italy. I love to cook and try new types cuisines such as Indian Food, I make a pretty good Lamb Curry. In my spare time, hah, I love to walk (about 15 miles a week), garden and enjoy the arts. I am currently a member of Amici Di'Opera, the Collin County Rose Society and the Dallas World Affairs Council.
